My background spans a variety of worlds, from corporate to small business, from projects like web-based training (WBT) to consulting with companies who are redesigning their sites and want to do it right this time.

College-level and Corporate-level Training Courses

• Building Websites with HTML and CSS - a course that teaches the basics of coding with HTML and so much more. Web design principles, navigation, and how to use CSS so that your site works for everyone. A long-standing favorite!

• XHTML - covering the basics of coding in the most current version of HTML (XHTML) which is compatible with XML applications, including how it is different and why should you care.

• Web Design Planning and Process - what do you need to consider when you design a site? How do you get started? This course covers the 5 Step Fool-Proof Website Design Process described here.

• Website in a Week - A course designed within and sponsored by the Clark College-WSU-Vancouver's Web Tech program. Created to assist small business owners get up and running with their sites.

• From Concept to Click - A new hands-on, two-day course designed to walk you through the web design process, from your first idea to the final click. Intense, active and packed with information. Currently offered through Clark College-WSU-Vancouver's Web Tech program.
